Day 0
Certificate of incorporation, with PAN and TAN allotted.

Runway is a standing monthly service for private limited companies in their first years. We keep the books, prepare and file tax and company-law returns, run payroll and prepare the company for its statutory audit, all to a fixed monthly calendar.
The statutory clock
From the date on its certificate of incorporation, a private limited company works to most of the deadlines a much larger company faces. Some arrive before its first invoice.

Only after the applicable threshold or in a compulsory-registration case such as inter-state sales of goods. In Maharashtra and Gujarat, the threshold is Rs 40 lakh for a business supplying only goods and Rs 20 lakh for one supplying services. Once registered, returns are due even without sales.
Usually the India Finance Office fits better because group reporting and foreign-exchange filings start from day one.
Yes. It is licensed to the company, so records remain the company's and open to its auditor.
The monthly fee depends on the configuration. It is set out in a written proposal after a first conversation and confirmed in the engagement letter.
Tell us what the company does and the invoices and hires expected in its first year. We will send the written proposal, configuration and fees.
