VPRP & Co LLP started as a regular CA firm in 1989, headquartered at Kandivali, Mumbai. We examined how businesses often mismanage, fail audits, and miss tax deductions and credits.
Our Founder, CA Rajesh Kumar Puri, identified the market gap and established the company as a one-stop financial solution for businesses and individuals.
In 2021, the Firm was bolstered with the introduction of CA Vijaykumar Puri as a Partner, bringing in extensive experience in international tax, regulatory, valuations and mergers & acquisitions. He leads the Taxation and Finance verticals of the Firm
In November 2023, the Firm was blessed to have opened a new branch at Borivali, Mumbai.
